BY COMMISSIONING OR REQUESTING WORK FROM THE ARTIST, YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS:

• Payment via Paypal invoice must be paid in full before work will start.

• The artist owns full rights to the artwork, until there is separate agreement.

• No refunds will be available after the sketch stage.

• Major changes will incur a separate fee if the work is late into the process.

  • E.g changing pose while in lineart/colouring stage

• Credit to the artist for artworks posted is required.

• The artist retains the right to stop working with and/or refund clients who are found to act inappropriately.

• Turnaround time may vary from one week to a few months depending on schedule.

  • The client will be updated on the status accordingly.

• Updates will be given throughout the process every few days. Delays will be informed to the client as needed.
